On May 13, 2013, more than 1,000 VIP guests, including the Toronto Blue Jays, took the field at Rogers Centre for the annual Curve Ball in support of children and youth in need across Canada. The 2013 edition was a resounding success, raising close to $950,000!
On May 15, 2013 Blue Jays fans across the country tuned into the Sportsnet Charity Broadcast Auction presented by TD. They entered the All Access Contest, purchased Fan Packs and bid on exclusive Blue Jays experiences with the goal of removing barriers to sport & education. The evening was a huge success, raising more than $172,000!
On July 28, Blue Jays fans picked up a Mystery Bag at Rogers Centre filled with Blue Jays and Jays Care swag for $50 or $100! Ten $50 bags contained an autographed Blue Jays baseball, four $100 bags contained an autographed Blue Jays jersey, and one $100 bag contained a Blue Jays team-autographed ball!
