Scoreboard Messages

Messages are displayed on the Petco Park right field LED board. Please click for a more detailed view.

Commemorate a special occasion by displaying a message on the Petco Park right field LED board during a Padres home game and support a great cause, the Padres Foundation for Children.

"Scoreboard Surprise" messages are displayed starting in the middle of the 3rd inning and continue through the end of the 6th inning. Messages may be displayed more than once depending on the volume of requests received.

Messages are available for $55 each. Payment and requests must be made 24 hours prior to your requested game date for Monday through Saturday games and 48 hours prior to Sunday home games. Your credit card will be charged upon the Padres approval of the message.

Ordering Information: There are a limited number of "Scoreboard Surprise" messages available for each game. Please order your "Scoreboard Surprise" message today.

Ordering Deadlines: "Scoreboard Surprise" message requests for Monday through Saturday games must be submitted no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date of the game. "Scoreboard Surprise" messages for Sunday games must be submitted no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of the game.

Available Dates: If you do not see your desired game listed then space is not available and we apologize. "Scoreboard Surprise" orders are processed daily and in the order in which they are received. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly once your submitted message has been approved.

Message Content: The Padres reserve the right to approve and edit any message, if necessary. Messages that are obscene, offensive, include foul language or refer to any other Major League Baseball organization will be not accepted. "Scoreboard Surprise" messages may not include the name of any MLB player. "Scoreboard Surprise" messages cannot be used for commercial purposes; however, you may welcome a group or company who is attending the game.

Message Display - NEW LOCATION IN 2013: Messages are displayed on the Petco Park right field LED board at any time between the middle of the 3rd inning through the end of the 6th inning.

Message Length: Messages can be up to 120 characters in length (2 lines of text at 60 characters each line) or less including spaces and punctuation. All Messages are displayed in capital letters and are auto-centered.
