Phillies Charities Pledge Program

Follow your favorite Phillies' player and donate to a great cause at the same time. Phillies Charities, Inc. offers a great fundraising program that not only has you following your favorite player but also helping worthy organizations in the Delaware Valley.*

Enrollment is easy!
  1. Select the player that you would like to follow for the 2012 season.
  2. Choose the stat that interests you most about the player you have selected.
  3. Decide what your pledge increment will be (which will determine your total pledge amount). All pledges must be in even dollar amounts.
  4. Sit back and enjoy the 2012 season. Supporting Phillies Charities, Inc. has never been easier.

Pledge Payment

In completing the form, you will be asked to submit credit card information and confirm that you are a resident of an eligible state.* At the time you sign up, you will be charged a $50 enrollment fee, which will be the minimum donation and will be applied to your final pledge amount at the end of the 2012 regular season.

Beneficiary Designation

This program benefits the Phillies Charities Grant Fund which allows Phillies Charities, Inc. to decide where your donation is needed most in our local community.

Program Incentives

Phillies Charities, Inc. would like to thank you for participating by offering these great incentives for our top donors.

  • The top 10 overall donors will be invited to the annual Phillies Charities Holiday Party during the Phillies Week of Giving held in December, 2012 in the Diamond Club at Citizens Bank Park.**
  • The top donor from each statistical category will receive a signed item from their designated player.***
  • The top donor overall will receive a VIP Tour of Citizens Bank Park in the 2013 season which includes a field visit and dinner in the Diamond Club preceding a game along with four (4) lower level tickets to a mutually-selected game.***

  • ** Transportation and lodging are not included.
  • *** In the event of a tie, the top donors will be entered into a random drawing to determine the recipient of the prize.

Pledge Amount

Your total pledge and the total amount which will be charged to your credit or debit card will be determined by your player's performance in your 2012 regular season statistic multiplied by your pledge increment. For example, if you select Chase Utley in Step 1, RBIs in Step 2 and a $5 increment in Step 3, and Utley drives in 100 runs during the 2012 regular season, then your total pledge amount would be $500 and the amount charged to your card at the conclusion of the 2012 regular season would be $450 (which amount reflects the credit of your previously-paid enrollment fee). If the amount calculated by multiplying your player's stat category times your pledge increment would be less than your previously-paid enrollment fee, you wouldn't be charged an additional amount at the conclusion of the season. All statistics will be cumulative for the entire 2012 regular season (beginning on Thursday, April 5, 2012 and ending on Wednesday, October 3, 2012).
