NEW YORK -- On Saturday, Major League Baseball Players Association Executive Director Michael Weiner issued the following statement in response to the news that the National Hockey League Players Association’s Executive Board has endorsed the recommendation of its Search Committee to hire former MLBPA Executive Director Donald Fehr.
