Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association today released the annual public report from the Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program's independent program administrator.
The accompanying report from the independent program administrator, Bryan W. Smith, M.D., Ph.D., covers the period from the beginning of the 2010-2011 offseason through the end of Major League Baseball's 2011 postseason.
