2011 Season Ticket Deposits

2013 First Installment- Frequently Asked Questions

How do I submit a 2013 First Installment Application?
Simply visit www.yankees.com and click on the link for 2013 First Installments. Simply select the seat location of your choice and then follow the online instructions to create your "My Yankees Account."
Who should use the 2013 First Installment Application?
This application should be used for NEW BUSINESS ONLY. If you are an existing Yankees Ticket Licensee, do not use this application. Existing Licensees will receive an invoice, for their present seat location for the 2013 season.
If I am already a Licensee of a Season Plan, how do I change my current location and/or Season Ticket License Plan?
Any existing Ticket Licensee can request an upgrade by contacting their Season Ticket Sales and Service Account Executive.
When will I be contacted about my 2013 First Installment Application?
All new business applicants will be contacted, via email, in order of seniority, once a determination is made as to what seat locations are available. The Yankees anticipate contacting, via email, potential new Season Plan Licensees whose first installments have been paid in early October 2012. You may contact us by phone or purchase your Ticket License Plan online at www.yankees.com at any time.
What happens if the Season Ticket License Plan I requested is sold out or I do not like any of the available locations?
If a Season Ticket License Plan and/or seat location is sold out or you are not pleased with the available seat location(s), the paid installment can be applied toward the purchase of individual game suite rentals or group tickets. 2013 Season Ticket License plans and locations are subject to availability.
What is a Seniority Date?
Seniority Date is defined as the date (Day/Month/Year) in which your Ticket Account was first established. A Seniority Date can be revised, but only if the Ticket Licensee can provide documentation satisfactory to the Yankees, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the Ticket Licensee previously held a Ticket License in his or her own name and/or the name of a business entity.
What do I get with my Season Ticket License Plan?
Most Ticket License Plans offer a variety of amenities. For complete details, terms, conditions and restrictions regarding all aspects of each Ticket License Plan, including a full list of the amenities, please call the Yankees Season Ticket Sales and Service Department at (212) YANKEES or via email at seasontickets@yankees.com.

Do I get the same seat location for each game within a Ticket License Plan?
Each Ticket License Plan includes the same seat location for each game included in such Plan.
Is the first installment I placed online the total price and actual seat location for my Season Ticket License Plan?
No. The 2013 First Installment amount represents the per seat/per plan installment amount and not the actual amount of the Season Ticket License Plan or actual seat location. The seat location represented by the first installment that you placed is just a general location. When you are contacted about your first installment, you will be informed about actual available seat locations and the total price for the applicable Plan.
