The Reds would not allow a ninth-inning Nats rally, which occurred after a two-hour-plus rain delay, to get them down as Cincinnati scored two in the 12th on pinch-hitter Jonny Gomes' RBI double and Jerry Hairston Jr.'s RBI single to beat D.C.
