Minor Leaguer Tuttle suspended 100 games

Reds Minor Leaguer Daniel Tuttle has been suspended for 100 games after a third violation of the Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program for "a drug of abuse."

Tuttle is currently on the roster of the Reds' Class A affiliate in Dayton. His suspension will be effective immediately.

The right-hander was drafted by the Reds in the fifth-round of the 2009 First-Year Player Draft and is 14-12 with a 4.13 ERA in his four-year Minor League career. He was 1-3 with a 5.03 ERA in eight starts this season.
