Pair leads comeback with back-to-back homers in sixth

Reds at the plate: Chad Moeller's two-run double in the seventh broke a 3-3 tie. Ken Griffey was 1-for-2 with a walk. Griffey drove in his first run of spring with a fourth-inning single. Adam Dunn and Edwin Encarnacion hit back-to-back homers to begin the sixth inning.

Pirates at the plate: Humberto Cota hit an RBI single to right field in the second inning. Chris Duffy scored in the third on Jason Bay's sacrifice fly to center field. Three singles in the fifth culminated with Jose Castillo driving in Bay.

Reds on the mound: In his final spring start, Opening Day pitcher Aaron Harang allowed three earned runs and 10 hits over five innings. Harang did not walk a batter and struck out two. Fighting for a last bullpen spot, Victor Santos worked two scoreless innings with one hit, two walks and two strikeouts. Gary Majewski allowed one walk in a scoreless inning.

Pirates on the mound: Opening Day starter Zach Duke worked six innings in his last tuneup outing. Duke gave up three earned runs and seven hits with one walk and three strikeouts. Marty McLeary allowed three earned runs and three hits in one inning of relief

Grapefruit League records: Reds 17-9; Pirates 11-16.

Up next: The Reds remain in Sarasota on Thursday and host the Twins at 7:05 p.m. ET. The Pirates head back to Bradenton for a 1:05 p.m. meeting against the Phillies.
