When guests visit the Metropolitan Club, our culinary and service staff will be working with them to enhance their premium experience at Target Field. Guests will be able to design their food and beverage experience to fit their wants and needs on a game-by-game basis.
Led by Chef Bill Van Stee and Pastry Chef Tera Gray, selections will change day-to-day and seasonally to best showcase local, in season produce, meat, dairy and specialties.
Whether you are looking for a quick bite before the game or looking to stretch your legs and relax into a premium dining experience, the Metropolitan Club now offers something for everyone. Guests have the option from ordering from our À La Carte menu or sampling from our various action stations. The best dining experience is the combination of both.
Guests that want to solely dine off the action stations are welcome to do so and try the various options made available daily. If time is not an issue, our À La Carte menu is a selection of Metropolitan Club favorites throughout the years as well as some new items crafted for even the hungriest fan.
Both food options will be available beginning as the gates open before each home game. Our specialty action stations will remain open until the last out in the bottom of the 7th inning, the À La Carte menu will remain available until the end of the game.
