    The staff at U.S. Cellular Field, home of the Chicago White Sox, prides itself on providing the best in customer service to White Sox and Major League Baseball fans.

    U.S. Cellular Field has been specifically designed to accommodate baseball fans requiring special assistance or attention, and every staff member is trained to respond to your needs. Please contact the nearest park employee if you require special assistance.

    Advanced Ticket Sales Located behind home plate of both the Main (100) and Upper (500) Levels, these booths are available for the sale of tickets for future events and the purchase of Comiskey Cash.

    Alcoholic Beverage Policies All guests who appear to be 30 years of age or younger will be required to show valid U.S. government issued picture identification, (State Issued Drivers License, State Issued ID or Military ID) or Canadian government issued drivers license, or a valid Passport before purchasing alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may not be carried into U.S. Cellular Field. Beer sales in concession stands are limited to two (2) beers per possession and one (1) per I.D. through in-seat vendors. All beer sales will stop after the last out of the 7th inning. The Chicago White Sox game day staff reserves the right to deny any individual who appears to be impaired entry into U.S. Cellular Field. The Chicago White Sox and concessions staff also reserve the right to deny beverage service to any guest who appears to be impaired. Service limits and times of service may change at the discretion of the Chicago White Sox.

    Animals U.S. Cellular Field welcomes service animals utilized by guests with disabilities. We do offer a Pet Check service for other types of animals.

    ATMs BMO Harris Bank ATMs are located behind home plate and in center field on the Main Level, behind home plate and near Section 540 on the Upper Level, outside the Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar and outside the ballpark at Gate 4 and Gate 5.

    Auction (Chicago White Sox Charities Game Auction) Autographed new or game-used baseball memorabilia is displayed for auction at the White Sox Charities Kiosk, located behind home plate on the 100 and 500 levels, every home game. Bidding ends 80 minutes after the first pitch. Winning bidders have the opportunity to claim their items for 30 minutes after the close of the auction. Winners who have not claimed within 30 minutes will be contacted the next business day. Having an auction during every home game allows fans to purchase unique White Sox and other baseball memorabilia that is not offered for sale to the public.

    Autographs Fans holding tickets for the 100 Level may seek autographs on the outfield side of the home and visitors dugouts from the time the gates open until 25 minutes before game time.

    Automobile Trouble Guests experiencing car trouble should contact a staff member at the Ballpark Transportation Authority Booth (located behind home plate), any Guest Relations Booth or Parking Lot supervisor assistance.

    Auxiliary Parking When general parking is full, remote parking is available for most games at IIT, located at 33rd and State as well as McCormick Place at 31st and Moe Drive. A free shuttle service is provided to the park from there. Following the game guests can board shuttle buses back to IIT at 34th and Shields (across from Gate 4).

    Baby Changing Areas Baby changing tables are available in all public restrooms at U.S. Cellular Field.

    Bag Check Facility For any items that are too large to be carried into U.S. Cellular Field, guests may use the independent bag check facility located across from Gate 4 on the north side of 35th Street, at the souvenir trailer adjacent to lot B. There is a $3 fee per bag and the facility closes 30 minutes following the end of the game.

    Banners/Signs The White Sox encourage fans to show their team pride, but handheld banners may not be carried during play, due to sight line restrictions, or placed on the field. Signs may not be obscene, commercial in nature or cause a disturbance to other fans. Poles used to display banners or flags are not permitted.

    Bats Bats are not permitted inside the ballpark.

    Beach Balls For the safety of all guests, players and employees, beach balls are not permitted inside the ballpark. Guests who bring in or inflate a beach ball during a game will be subject to ejection from U.S. Cellular Field. Please do not participate in hitting or chasing after a beach ball as it may disturb or injure another guest.

    Bike Racks Bike racks are located outside U.S. Cellular Field between Gates 2 and 3 and along 35th Street, near Gate 5.

    Bottles/Cans Only one (1) sealed water bottle 1 liter or less is allowed in U.S. Cellular Field. No other beverage containers, glass or otherwise shall be permitted into U.S. Cellular Field. Only those used for infant feedings will be allowed.

    Box Office Hours The U.S. Cellular Field Box Office is open on non-game days Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On game days, the Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (when a day game is scheduled), 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (when a night game is scheduled); Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (day game) and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (night game); Sunday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (day game), 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (night game).

    Bullpen Sports Bar, Miller Lite The Miller Lite Bullpen Sports Bar is located on field level behind the right-field fence. To get there, enter the ballpark from Gate 2 or take the ramp at Gate 2 down from the Lower or Upper Levels. Must be 21 or older to enter.

    Bullpens The White Sox bullpen is located in left field in front of sections 156-158. The visiting bullpen is located in right field in front of sections 104-105.

    Camera/Video Equipment

    Fans are welcome to bring cameras into the ballpark. However, video cameras may not be used to reproduce the game and must not interfere with other fans. No large camera bags or tripods/camera supports are allowed into the park.

    Child Admittance U.S. Cellular Field offers complimentary admission to children under 36" in height. However, we do require that the child sit in their accompanying adult's lap and do not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaways are only available for ticketed guests. Tickets for children taller than 36" are priced the same as adult tickets.

    Comiskey Cash Comiskey Cash is available for purchase at U.S. Cellular Field ticket windows. It is available in $1, $2 and $5 denominations and is accepted like cash throughout U.S. Cellular Field.

    Conference & Learning Center There's no better place than the Conference and Learning Center at U.S. Cellular Field to hold your team meeting! This state-of-the-art facility within the ballpark allows you to mix business with baseball.     Concession Stands The concession stands, located throughout the ballpark, offer an endless variety of meals, snacks and treats. Kids meals are available by Sections 101 and 538 for children 13 and under.

    Credit Card Policy The Chicago White Sox and Sportservice accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Levy Restaurants accepts all the preceding cards as well as the Diner's Club credit card.

    Designated Driver Booth The Designated Driver booth is located behind home plate at the BTA Booth. Guests can also sign up on the 300 and 500 levels at the Guest Relations Booths behind home plate through the 2nd inning. Registrants must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License. In return for promising responsibility and sober transportation of their group from the ballpark, a registrant will receive one (1) coupon for a non-alcoholic beverage during the game from any All-Star concession stand. Registrants will also receive a Designated Driver hand stamp.

    Diamond Suites Unlike any other premium seating experience, the Diamond Suites at U.S. Cellular Field offer unprecedented service and surroundings. Levy Restaurants provides the exclusive food and beverage service to the Diamond Suites. For more information on leasing or purchasing a Diamond Suite for an individual game, please call the Chicago White Sox Sales Department at 312-674-1000. Diamond Suite guests may enter either at the Diamond Suite entrance, located at Gate 4, or through any entry gate. Once inside the ballpark, guests should proceed behind home plate on the Lower (100) Level to the Diamond Suite entrance.

    Donations

    All requests must be submitted online at least four weeks in advance of the event.

     

    Dugout Location The White Sox dugout is located on the third base side.

    Elevators For the convenience of guests requiring special assistance plus one companion, elevators are located behind home plate and at Gate 5 on the north side of the park.

    Employment Opportunities The Chicago White Sox are always looking for friendly, service-oriented people to join our team. The majority of jobs are part-time, with most work shifts occurring in the evening and on weekends based on our game schedule.     Escalators Escalators are located at Gates 3 and 5 to access the Lower (100), Club (300) and Upper (500) levels. Please note that escalators may only go in the up position.

    Exchanges No refunds or exchanges are given for White Sox individual game tickets. Season ticket holders are eligible for a special ticket exchange program. Call 312-674-1000 for details.

    Extra Base, Miller Lite Located in the leftfield corner of the 200 suite level. Accessible via the Diamond Suite entrance at Gate 4. Available for groups of 70-250.

    Family Bathroom A family bathroom is located near Section 107, near Gate/Ramp 2.

    Family Sundays Select Sunday home games feature specially priced seats and parking as well as special kid-focused activities throughout the concourse and the opportunity to run the bases after games (weather permitting).

    Fireworks Before every game, after every White Sox home run, and after White Sox victories, fireworks are exploded at U.S. Cellular Field (excluding denoted "Dog Days"). Parents with small children and all those sensitive to explosions and loud noises should be cautious of this.

    First Aid U.S. Cellular Field has trained teams of paramedics on staff during games. The first aid room is located behind home plate on the ground level of the ballpark.

    First Game Certificate The White Sox offer a complimentary certificate for guests to commemorate their first time at U.S. Cellular Field. Please visit any Guest Relations Booth, located behind home plate, to pick one up.

    Foul Balls Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball that is hit into the stands. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back onto the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. Any guest interfering with a ball in play is also subject to ejection from the ballpark. Unfortunately, the Chicago White Sox are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs of foul balls.

    Fundamentals, XFINITY The 15,000-square-foot XFINITY Fundamentals area is devoted to young White Sox fans, providing them with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of baseball from Chicago White Sox Training Academy coaches. It features a youth-sized wiffle ball diamond for coaching clinics, batting and pitching cages, batting "swing" boxes for proper batting techniques and areas for base running and skills instruction. Located above the left-field concourse and overlooking the field and the outfield seating area, XFINITY Fundamentals opens with the gates and remains open throughout the game. It is accessible from the 100, 300 and 500 levels of the ballpark. On Firework Nights, the XFINITY Fundamental Deck will close at the conclusion of the 6th inning. Please note: Participants on the XFINITY Fundamentals Deck must wear athletic shoes. Flip-flops, "Crocs" or other types of sandals will not be permitted.

    Game Tapes Unfortunately, the White Sox are unable to release copies of game tapes.

    Gates Open The U.S. Cellular Field gates open 90 minutes prior to game time, unless otherwise noted.

    Guest Relations Booth Guests may seek assistance from any U.S. Cellular Field employee. Additionally, there is a Guest Relations Booth located on each level of the ballpark directly behind home plate as well as outside Gate 4. The Guest Relations Booths are open to serve you from the time the gates open until the ballpark has cleared following the game.

    Guest Service Representatives Guest Service Representatives are stationed throughout the ballpark to assist you and enforce ballpark rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact a Guest Service Representative. If approached by a Guest Service Representative, please treat them with courtesy and respect. By enforcing rules, our Guest Service Representatives are making the ballpark a safer and more comfortable environment for all guests.

    Home Plate Club Enjoy White Sox Baseball from the comforts of this private and luxurious area! Located on the 200 Level of the ballpark, directly behind home plate and accessible by private elevators, this all-inclusive premium seating area features a first-class buffet catered by Levy Restaurants, open bar, in-seat wait service and access to a private, climate-controlled lounge.

    Hotels/Motels U.S. Cellular Field is located approximately four miles outside of downtown Chicago in a neighborhood area. While we don't have a hotel immediately nearby, fans can stay at a downtown hotel of their choice and get to the ballpark via public transportation or car.     Identification Bracelets Young children attending White Sox games may obtain a free ID bracelet personalized with their seat location which allows staff to return lost children to their seats. Wristbands are available during games at any Guest Relations Booth. Please report concerns about a lost child to the nearest Guest Relations Booth or contact any U.S. Cellular Field employee for assistance.

    Kids Activities There are lots of fun things for kids to do at U.S. Cellular Field. Visit the XFINITY Fundamentals area for coaching clinics, practice areas and skills instruction. There are also Speed Pitch Machines (near sections 156 and 522), the Chicagoland Plumbing Council Shower from old Comiskey Park (near section 161), Rain Rooms (near sections 105 and 546) and more! Just ask any Guest Services Representative how to find all of these fun areas and features or check the Amenities Map.

    Kids Baseball Camps Chicago White Sox Training Centers offer kids ages 7 to 14 the best instructional baseball in America taught by finest coaches, instructors, scouts and collegiate players.     Kids Tickets Children shorter than the turnstile arm (approximately 36 inches) in height or less are admitted free of charge, but must share a seat with an accompanying adult. Children taller than the turnstile are required to have a regular-price game ticket.

    Levy Restaurants Levy Restaurants is the exclusive caterer for the U.S. Cellular Field Diamond Suites, FirstMerit Bank Stadium Club, Magellan Scout Seats, Home Plate Club and Club Level (300 Level).

    Limousine Drop-off Fans taking limousines to the game should be dropped off at the corner of 35th and Wentworth.

    Lost and Found Found articles may be turned in at any Guest Relations Booth. U.S. Cellular Field staff will record personal information and lost articles will be cataloged and maintained for 30 days. Guests needing assistance in retrieving lost items during non-game hours may call 312-674-1000.

    Lost Children Guest seeking parents or children separated from their party should go directly to the Guest Relations Booth located behind home plate on their seating level. Also see Identification Bracelets.

    Lost/Stolen Tickets Please treat all tickets as you would cash. Individually purchased tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. Season, Group and Diamond Suites tickets which are lost or stolen can be reprinted by contacting the Sales Department at 312-674-1000. Reprinted tickets are subject to a $5 reprinting fee.

    Military Discount Active members of the military can receive one free ticket, based on availability, at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office on the day of the game by presenting their I.D. This offer excludes Opening Day, Cubs series, Red Sox series, Yankees series and Elvis Night.

    Movement During Play The White Sox encourage all guests to use courtesy and restrict movement in the seating areas during play. When returning to your seats, please wait for a break in the action (between innings, between batters, pitching changes, etc.) before entering the aisles.

    National AnthemThe White Sox are not taking National Anthem audition applications or tapes at this time.

    Noisemakers For the comfort of the guests around them, guests coming to U.S. Cellular Field are asked to refrain from bringing any type of noisemaker or musical instrument into the ballpark.

    Non-Game Day Events Areas of U.S. Cellular Field are available on non-game days and during the offseason for various events - including business groups, non-profits or individuals can plan meetings, seminars, weddings, cocktail receptions, holiday parties, charity galas, bar mitzvahs, etc. - in the Conference and Learning Center or the FirstMerit Bank Stadium Club, the Magellan Scout Lounge or the Home Plate Club.     Nursing Mothers Nursing mothers requesting a more private location in which to breastfeed may use the First Aid Room, Family Restroom or contact any of the Guest Relations Booths at U.S. Cellular Field for additional locations.

    Parking

    How much does it cost to park in a White Sox parking lot?

    Parking is $20 Monday through Saturday and $10 on Sundays for cars, minivans, motorcycles and other vehicles that require one parking space. Buses must park in Lot A and the cost is $37 in advance (at least 14 business days) by calling 312-674-1000, or $42 on the day of the game. The lots open two hours prior to game time.

    When parking in the neighborhood around U.S. Cellular Field, we ask that all White Sox fans please observe all parking ordinances and respect our neighbors. We recommend that all fans driving to games park in official White Sox parking lots.

    Parking around U.S. Cellular Field is restricted. In some areas close to the stadium, parking is not allowed on the streets without a residential parking permit showing on your car windshield. The purchase or sale of a residential parking permit from any person other than the City of Chicago is illegal. Violators face fines up to $500.00 and risk being towed by the City of Chicago. Per Section 9-68-020 of the Chicago Municipal Code, permits may not be transferred, purchased or sold.     Pet Check Due to the dog flu, the U.S. Cellular Field Pet Check is closed until further notice. When in operation, guests may check their pets at the Pet Check during each game for a $3 fee, which benefits non-profit organizations that train service animals. Pet check is located between Gates 2 and 3. For reservations and details, call 312-674-1000, ext. 5503. Animals are allowed inside the ballpark only on Dog Days, except for Service Animals.

    Promotional Items Each fan eligible to receive a promotional item, based on age guidelines, must present a game day ticket at the turnstile to receive the item. One item per fan, please.

    Publications White Sox publications include the White Sox Magazine (four editions per season), Media Guide, Yearbook, Spring Training Program and Wall Calendar. All publications as well as present and past player photos and team photos are available by calling 312-674-1000 and requesting a Publication Order Form.

    Rain Cancellation In the event that a regulation game is not played (a "Cancelled Game") and is rescheduled on a date that did not have a previously scheduled game or is rescheduled to become a part of a split double header, your ticket may only be used for admittance into such rescheduled game. In the event a Cancelled Game is not so rescheduled, your ticket becomes a gift certificate that may be exchanged at any time in the future at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office or by mail (333 W. 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616) for an individual ticket of equal or lesser face value for a future regular championship season game (subject to prior sales). In no instance shall this ticket be exchangeable for a ticket with a face value greater than the face value of this ticket. This policy may be amended at anytime without notice. Season parking coupons for games cancelled by weather may be exchanged for Comiskey Cash or an individual parking pass for a future regular season game from the current season (based on availability; see back of parking coupon for specific instructions). This policy may be amended at anytime without notice.Please note: Fans who purchased tickets through StubHub will need to contact StubHub directly for information.

    Rain Delays The right to delay the start of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once both teams' managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards the right to determine whether the game shall be interrupted or terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions is up to the sole discretion of the Umpire-in-Chief. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game; whether and when play shall be resumed; and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions.

    Re-entry Policy Guests may not re-enter U.S. Cellular Field unless they have made arrangements through the Guest Relations Booth or a Team Leader at the gates, prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Chicago White Sox and are strictly limited to emergencies only.

    Recycling The White Sox encourage fans to recycle all plastic bottles and cups in the Recycling Bins around the ballpark.

    Refunds There are no refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.

    Replay Policy The Chicago White Sox are proud to show replays on the videoboards. However, Major League Baseball rules the following may not be shown: pitched balls not put into play (called strikes), force plays at second base, "bean" balls and fights/arguments. Close plays may be shown but only at regular speed.

    Retired Numbers The retired uniform numbers of Nellie Fox (2), Harold Baines (3), Luke Appling (4), Minnie Minoso (9), Luis Aparicio (11; unretired and worn by Infielder Omar Vizquel for 2010 season), Paul Konerko (14), Ted Lyons (16), Billy Pierce (19), Frank Thomas (35) and Carlton Fisk (72) are proudly displayed at U.S. Cellular Field, along with that of Jackie Robinson (42), along the facade of the Club Level.

    Scalping/Resale of Tickets The resale of White Sox game tickets is strictly prohibited on U.S. Cellular Field property. Any persons caught doing so shall be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or inflated tickets, purchase them only at the U.S. Cellular Field Box Office or from an authorized outlet.

    Schedules Pocket schedules are available throughout the season at all Guest Relations Booth locations or the U.S. Cellular Field Ticket Office . Fans can receive a schedule through the mail by sending a self addressed stamped envelope to: Chicago White Sox Schedule, 333 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616.

    Scoreboard Messages Fans can create their own special message to be displayed on the right field video screen at U.S. Cellular Field during any White Sox home game for $65. All requests must be made at least two business days prior to the game which the message is to be displayed. A limited number of day-of-game messages are accepted at the Guest Relations booths within the ballpark for $80. An 8x10 digital color printout is available for an additional $20. All proceeds benefit Chicago White Sox Charities.

    Selfie Sticks Selfie sticks are not allowed into the ballpark.

    Shower, Old Comiskey The Shower from Old Comiskey Park is available on the Main Level, near Section 161, for our guests to cool down on hot days.

    Smoking Policy Pursuant to the Smoke-Free Illinois Act 95-0017, there will be no smoking inside of U.S. Cellular Field. Electric cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes also are not permitted. The ramps are a part of the building and may not be utilized as a smoking area. A designated smoking area is located on the ground level outside of Gates 2 and 5 (Gate 5 is located on the north side of 35th Street). Smoking is not permitted within 15 feet of any entrance or exit or any air handling units. Guests failing to comply with the policy may be asked to surrender his/her ticket and leave the ballpark.

    Southpaw Southpaw has been the official mascot of the Chicago White Sox since 2004.     Sox Split This "split the pot" raffle is an interactive program that is designed to benefit both Chicago White Sox Charities and participating White Sox fans. Raffle tickets are sold to guests for 3 for $5, 10 for $10 and 40 for $20 from the time the gates to the ballpark open until the end of the sixth inning. During the eighth inning of each home game, the winning ticket number is announced, and a lucky fan will take home half the net proceeds from that night's raffle ticket sales. Sellers can be found in the seating areas and concourses wearing bright orange shirts. Sox Split kiosks are located at Sections 110, 135, 157 and 535.     Speakers Bureau Through the Community Relations Department, the Chicago White Sox can provide a speaker for your next club luncheon, dinner or meeting. Requests for former player appearances should be made in writing with the date, time, place and type of gathering at least one month prior to the event.     Speed Pitch Machines Test your arm at the Speed Pitch Machines located near Section 156 or 522, or children 13 and under can visit the XFINITY Fundamentals Deck.

    Sportservice Sportservice is the exclusive concessionaire for U.S. Cellular Field offering a wide array of foods on the Lower and Upper Levels (100 and 500 Levels).

    Stadium Club The FirstMerit Bank Stadium Club is a fine dining restaurant located within U.S. Cellular Field. It is accessible only to members and their guests with the appropriate coupon, during game days. If you are a member, the number to make reservations is located on your membership card or coupon. The room is also available for rent on non-game days. For game inquiries or reservations, call 312-674-5151. For private parties on non-game days and during the offseason, call 312-674-5155.

    Strollers Strollers are permitted inside the ballpark, though smaller, umbrella-type strollers are preferred. Fans with larger strollers may check them at the Guest Relations Booths.

    Tailgating Tailgating is allowed in White Sox parking lots A-G and L before every home game until game time. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time. Please use personal-size grills and bring one gallon of water to extinguish the coals. In order to maintain a family atmosphere, kegs are not permitted in the lots. Tailgating is not permitted in any of the auxiliary lots.

    Taxi Service The Guest Relations Booth staff will be happy to call a taxi for you. Taxis will drop off and pick up at the corner of 35th and Shields near Gate 4. Following games, taxis will frequently line up at this location to pick up guests.

    Terrace Suites The terrace suites are large suites located in the left-field corner available for groups from 50 to 400 people on an individual game basis with catering provided by Levy Restaurants . For more information, please call 312-674-1000 of contact us at tickets@whitesox.mlb.com .

    Tours of U.S. Cellular Field Tours of U.S. Cellular Field are available for groups on weekdays only with advanced reservations for groups of 10 or more on Tuesdays and Fridays - 10:30 a.m. on game days and 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on non-game days. Tours include the home dugout, the press box, the fieldthe suites and the Stadium Club. Advance reservations are required. For details and rates, call 312-674-1000.

    Training Academy The Bulls/Sox Training Academy provides instruction and practice areas for children and young adults of all ages in both baseball and basketball. During the summer, the Training Academy also offers a number of baseball and softball instructional camps throughout the Chicagoland area.

    Tryouts The Chicago White Sox hold their annual tryout camp during Spring Training. It is an "open" tryout, which means everyone is welcome. Participants are responsible for their own travel plans and accommodations. They also should bring with them any equipment they deem necessary, i.e. spikes, gloves, etc. Balls and bats will be provided.

    Upgrades Tickets may be upgraded at the Advance Ticket window, located inside the ballpark behind home plate on the Lower (100) and Upper (500) Level. Upgraded tickets are based on availability and may be subject to a price difference. Season and group tickets are not able to be upgraded.

    Umbrellas For the safety and viewing enjoyment of all guests, small umbrellas are permitted in the ballpark and can be opened during rain delays. Umbrellas should not be opened during game play. Please refrain from carrying large, golf-size umbrellas.

    Upper Level Policy For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that our guests remain on the level of the ballpark for which they have tickets. Guests holding tickets for the Upper Level will not have access to the Main Level.

    Video Recorders Video recorders are permitted in the ballpark. However, they should not be used to reproduce the game or interfere with any other guests' enjoyment of the game.
