Group Ticket Policies

HOW TO ORDER: Order online or call (303) ROCKIES. You may also visit our Coors Field Ticket Office or any Rockies Dugout Store to place a group ticket order.

GROUP PAYMENT POLICY: 25 percent deposit is required to reserve tickets. Full payment must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your game date. Full payment is required prior to the shipping of tickets.

GROUP TICKET AVAILABILITY: Each Rockies ticket order is filled with the best available seating within the desired location. Please be aware that many sections are very popular and availability is limited. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional orders cannot be guaranteed seating in the same location as the original order.

GROUP TICKET RETURN POLICY: Should you find it necessary to return any group tickets, please be advised that refunds will only be granted if the tickets are in our office (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205-2008) no later than 10 days prior to the game date and only if the returned tickets fall within the following guidelines. No returns on Rockpile tickets.

UNUSED GROUP TICKET DAYS: Unused group tickets may be exchanged for the following regular season games: August 31-September 2, September 10-12, or September 23-24. All tickets must be exchanged through the Group Sales Department BY MAIL (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205-2008) no later than 3 days prior to the desired game date. Unused Group tickets may not be exchanged at the ticket windows. A $1 per ticket service charge will apply. Rockpile tickets are eligible for unused group ticket days.
