INVOICE
This invoice gives you the opportunity to purchase your current Full Season seat location for the Wild Card/Division Series (1 Wild Card and 3 Division Series games), four (4) National League Championship Series games and four (4) World Series games. Major League Baseball ("MLB"), MLB media rights holder and security seating requirements may necessitate that a limited number of season ticket holders be offered alternate seating accommodations.

TICKET PRICES
As a Reds Full Season ticket holder, you will receive discounted pricing on your Full Season seat location for all postseason games. Ticket prices for the 2012 postseason are set forth in the table below.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Credit Card Online:
Submit payment at reds.com/myreds. Your password is on the invoice. The Wild Card/Division Series and National League Championship Series must be paid in full on or before August 31, 2012. You must purchase the Wild Card/Division Series and National League Championship Series to be eligible to purchase World Series tickets. The day after the Reds clinch the Division Series you will be automatically charged for your World Series tickets.

Credit Card by Mail:
Payment for the Wild Card/Division Series and National League Championship Series will be processed upon receipt and must be received (not postmarked) on or before August 31, 2012. You must purchase the Wild Card/Division Series and National League Championship Series to be eligible to purchase World Series tickets. The day after the Reds clinch the Division Series you will be automatically charged for your World Series tickets.

Complete the bottom portion of the invoice including credit card information and signature, as well as initial and date the Autopay Authorization. Detach and return in the enclosed envelope to Cincinnati Reds, P.O. Box 692024, Cincinnati, OH 45269-2024.

Check by Mail:
Only one (1) check will be accepted for full payment, including the World Series. Payment will be processed upon receipt and must be received (not postmarked) on or before August 31, 2012. Make check payable to Cincinnati Reds. Complete the bottom portion of the invoice, detach and return in the enclosed envelope to Cincinnati Reds, P.O. Box 692024, Cincinnati, OH 45269-2024. All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee and the offer to purchase postseason tickets shall be void unless the invoice is paid in full on or before August 31, 2012.

All methods of payment will have the choice to opt out of purchasing your Full Season seat location for World Series tickets. To opt out, you must check the box "Do NOT want to purchase my Full Season seats for the World Series" on the return portion of the invoice or call the Cincinnati Reds Season Sales office at (513) 765-7500 to avoid this automatic charge to your card. Please Note: If you choose to opt out, you will not have another opportunity to purchase your Full Season seat location for the World Series.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE
Regardless of the method of payment, there will be absolutely no extension of the August 31, 2012 deadline. Payments received after the deadline will be returned to the sender. The Reds will not accept any form of payment except as provided herein, including, without limitation, payments by phone or fax.

TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets will be delivered to the address on file for the season account holder. For the security of your tickets, address changes must be in writing, signed by the season account holder on record and accompanied by a current, valid and readable copy of the account holder's photo identification. Please specify if the address change is only for postseason ticket delivery or a permanent change to the account. Tickets will be shipped via Federal Express or UPS. PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Signature of receipt is required. If you miss the initial delivery, instructions will be left on how to arrange for delivery or pick-up at their location.

Submit address changes via email to STQuestion@reds.com or by mail in the enclosed envelope to Cincinnati Reds, P.O. Box 692024, Cincinnati, OH 45269-2024.

NO WILL CALL/DROP OFFS OF TICKETS
Will Call/Drop Offs for tickets will not be accepted for any postseason tickets.

GAME DATE AND TIME
The dates and times for potential postseason series games to be played in Cincinnati are yet to be determined. All area media outlets (reds.com, local radio, television and newspapers, etc.) will have details as they are announced. Please check these to see which ticket to use for each game.

If required, the Wild Card game will be October 5 and may or may not be played in Cincinnati. The ticket will read Wild Card - National League Wild Card Game.

Division Series, best of five games, will begin on October 6. The tickets will read NLDS - National League Division Series Home Game 1, 2 and 3. You will use Home Game 1 tickets for the first game played in Cincinnati. This game may not be the first game in the series, but the first game played at HOME. Example: NLDS games 1 and 2 could be away games with game 3 being the first home game played here in Cincinnati. You will use NLDS National League Division Series Home Game 1 tickets for this game.

National League Championship Series, best of seven games, will begin on October 14. The tickets will read NLCS -National League Championship Series Home Game 1, 2, 3 and 4. You will use Home Game 1 tickets for the first game played in Cincinnati. This game may not be the first game in the series, but the first game played at HOME. Example: NLCS games 1 and 2 could be away games with game 3 being the first home game played here in Cincinnati. You will use NLCS National League Championship Series Home Game 1 tickets for this game.

The World Series will begin on October 24. The tickets will read World Series Game 1, 2, 6 and 7. This is different from the NLDS and NLCS tickets since we know what games we will host in Cincinnati. Should we qualify, the dates of the games in Cincinnati will be: October 24, 25, 31 and November 1. You will use Game 1 tickets on October 24, Game 2 tickets on October 25, Game 6 tickets on October 31 and Game 7 tickets on November 1.

TIE-BREAKER GAME
Should the Reds need to play a tie-breaker game, use the "Game A" ticket included with your regular season tickets. If your tickets are used for this game, we will invoice the season account holder on record who is responsible for full payment.

BONUS TICKETS
To be eligible for bonus tickets you must have purchased your invoiced Full Season seat location for the Wild Card/Division Series and National League Championship Series. Bonus tickets will be available online through your MyReds account. You will receive email notification with instructions. Please be sure to check your email during this time, as information is very time sensitive. If we do not have an email address on file, we will send instructions by mail.

REFUNDS
Season Ticket Holder Postseason and Bonus Tickets - marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket - Should the Reds not qualify for the 2012 postseason, or the Reds make the playoffs and all games are not played, all remaining unused payments will be automatically credited to the season account holders 2013 regular season ticket renewal. If you prefer to have your credit refunded back to you, requests must be sent to STQuestion@reds.com within ten (10) days after the Reds last postseason game. Refund checks and credits will be issued within four (4) weeks of the Reds last postseason game. Postseason tickets SHOULD NOT be returned to the Reds and have no cash value.

PRINT AT HOME AND PAPERLESS TICKETS
Print at Home and Paperless tickets cannot be reprinted under any circumstance for postseason games. This includes, but is not limited to bonus, transfer and StubHub tickets.

RETURNS, LOST AND STOLEN TICKETS
Please treat postseason tickets as you would cash or any other valuable item. These tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Stolen tickets will be replaced only when the season account holder on record presents an official police report to the Reds Season Ticket Office. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits for postseason games that have been played.

WARNING ON RESALE OF TICKETS
Tickets for the 2012 Wild Card/Division Series, National League Championship Series and World Series are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on the premises of Great American Ball Park will be removed from the premises and prosecuted and could lose future rights to purchase tickets from this organization.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS
Per Major League Baseball regulations, 2012 Wild Card/Division Series, National League Championship Series and World Series tickets may not be used for contests, sweepstakes or other promotional purposes (including without limitation, as raffle prizes for charities) without the express written consent of the Cincinnati Reds and the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.

PARKING
Full Season parking pass holders have postseason passes included in their parking booklet except for the Wild Card game (this game was added after booklets were printed). The cost for postseason passes was not included in the cost of the booklet. The parking pass holder must pay the applicable parking rate when entering the garage with a postseason pass.

Tie-Breaker Game - Should the Reds need to play a tie-breaker game, use the parking pass marked Tie-Breaker Game No. 01.

Wild Card game - If the Reds are required to play a Wild Card game, the parking plan will be communicated to you at that time.

Division Series - Use the parking pass that matches the series home game number on your game ticket. Example: For the first Division Series home game played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked NLDS National League Division Series Home Game 1 and the parking pass marked Division Game No. 01, etc.

National League Championship Series - Use the parking pass that matches the series home game number on your game ticket. Example: For the first League Championship Series home game played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked NLCS National League Championship Series Home Game 1 and the parking pass marked League Game No. 01, etc.

World Series - Use the parking pass that matches the series home game number on your game ticket. Example: For the first World Series home game played in Cincinnati, you will use the game ticket marked World Series Game 1 and the parking pass marked World Series Game No. 01, etc.
