TICKET DELIVERY
Tickets will be delivered to the address on file for the season account holder. For the security of your tickets, address changes must be in writing, signed by the season account holder on record and accompanied by a current, valid and readable copy of the account holder's photo identification. Please specify if the address change is only for postseason ticket delivery or a permanent change to the account. Tickets will be shipped via Federal Express or UPS. PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Signature of receipt is required. If you miss the initial delivery, instructions will be left on how to arrange for delivery or pick-up at their location. Submit address changes via email to STQuestion@reds.com or by mail in the enclosed envelope to Cincinnati Reds, P.O. Box 692024, Cincinnati, OH 45269-2024.
NO WILL CALL/DROP OFFS OF TICKETS
Will Call/Drop Offs for tickets will not be accepted for any postseason tickets.
GAME DATE AND TIME
The dates and times for some postseason series games to be played in Cincinnati are yet to be determined. All area media outlets (reds.com, local radio, television and newspapers, etc.) will have details as they are announced. Please check these to see which ticket to use for each game.
If required, the Wild Card game will be October 5 and may or may not be played in Cincinnati. The ticket will read Wild Card - National League Wild Card Game.
Division Series, best of five games, will begin on October 6 or 7. The tickets will read NLDS - National League Division Series Home Game 1, 2 and 3. You will use Home Game 1 for the first game played in Cincinnati. This game may not be the first game in the series, but the first game played at HOME. Example: NLDS games 1 and 2 could be away games with game 3 being the first home game played here in Cincinnati. You will use NLDS National League Division Series Home Game 1 for this game.National League Championship Series, best of seven games, will begin on October 14. The tickets will read NLCS -National League Championship Series Home Game 1, 2, 3 and 4. You will use Home Game 1 for the first game played in Cincinnati. This game may not be the first game in the series, but the first game played at HOME. Example: NLCS games 1 and 2 could be away games with game 3 being the first home game played here in Cincinnati. You will use NLCS National League Championship Series Home Game 1 for this game.
The World Series will begin on October 24. The tickets will read World Series Game 1, 2, 6 and 7. This is different from the NLDS and NLCS tickets since we know what games we will host in Cincinnati. Should we qualify, the dates of the games in Cincinnati will be: October 24, 25, 31 and November 1. You will use Game 1 on October 24, Game 2 on October 25, Game 6 on October 31 and Game 7 on November 1.
REFUNDS
Season Ticket Holder Postseason Tickets - marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket - Should the Reds not qualify for the 2012 postseason, or the Reds make the playoffs and all games are not played, all remaining payments from unplayed games will be automatically credited to the season account holders 2013 regular season ticket renewal. If you prefer to have your credit refunded back to you, requests must be sent to STQuestion@reds.com within ten (10) days after the Reds last postseason game. Refund checks and credits will be issued within four (4) weeks of the Reds last postseason game. Postseason tickets SHOULD NOT be returned to the Reds and have no cash value.
PRINT AT HOME AND PAPERLESS TICKETS
Print at Home and Paperless tickets cannot be reprinted under any circumstance for postseason games. This includes, but is not limited to bonus, transfer and StubHub tickets.
RETURNS, LOST AND STOLEN TICKETS
Please treat postseason tickets as you would cash or any other valuable item. These tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Stolen tickets will be replaced only when the season account holder on record presents an official police report to the Reds Season Ticket Office. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits for postseason games that have been played.

Tickets for the 2012 Wild Card/Division Series, National League Championship Series and World Series are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on the premises of Great American Ball Park will be removed from the premises and prosecuted and could lose future rights to purchase tickets from this organization.
