The Cincinnati Reds have completed the process of refunding the Postseason ticket purchases to the credit card companies and the credit card account holders will now be credited for the face value of the tickets purchased.
Fans should receive the credits within five to 10 business days, depending upon the individual credit card company's policies and procedures.
The Reds apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay and continue to strive to make our fan experience the best it can be.
