BALLPARK SEATING Group-Ticket Discount Policies:
Discounts are for groups of 25 or more when tickets are purchased
through the Group Sales department.
Group discounts are not available at the Great American Ball Park
ticket windows.
Super Saver discounts are available IN ADVANCE OF GAME DAY ONLY.
All tickets for Premier Games include a $5-per-ticket surcharge
All tickets for Select Games include a $2-per-ticket surcharge.

Group-Ticket Refund Policies:
No refunds will be granted for tickets received LESS THAN 30 DAYS
PRIOR to the game date.
Tickets returned more than 30 days prior to the game date are eligible
for a full refund as follows:
Orders of 25-100 tickets: Required to keep a minimum of 25 tickets
Orders of 100+ tickets: Required to keep a minimum of 50 percent
of total tickets ordered
Group-Ticket Exchange Policies:
Exchange tickets must be received by the Group Sales department
NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR to the original group game date.
Tickets received less than 14 days prior to the original
game date are not eligible for exchange.
Group tickets that will not be used may be exchanged (for tickets
totaling an equal or lesser value) for a future 2007 regular-season
game; subject to availability.
You must keep a minimum of 25 tickets for your original game date.
Party-area tickets and premium seats are not eligible for exchange.
