Accessible Access - Great American Ball Park management is committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible ballpark for all Guests.
Accessible parking is available in the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage for $30 and in the East Parking Garage for $30. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, Guests are still encouraged to arrive at the time gates open to improve their chances of obtaining a accessible parking space.
The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on Joe Nuxhall Way, from Second Street to Mehring Way, along the west side of Great American Ball Park. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the performance. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone.
Great American Ball Park has accessible seating available in most seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol - Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be carried into Great American Ball Park.
Concession Locations - You must be 21 to purchase all alcohol products. Sportservice IDs everyone 30 years and younger. Sales are limited to two alcoholic beverages per person with valid ID and only 2 beers can be sold per transaction. All alcohol must remain in the ballpark: "It's the Law." Sportservice reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Vendors/Hawkers - You must be 21 to purchase all alcohol products. Sportservice IDs everyone 30 years and younger. Sales are limited to one alcoholic beverage per person with valid ID. Animals - Great American Ball Park welcomes Seeing Eye Dogs or other animal assistance utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) - Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any Guest Accommodation Station in Great American Ball Park. Note: The performance must be using the facility public address system for this device to work.

Automobile Assistance - Guests with minor automobile problems (jumpstart, flat tire, etc.) can seek assistance from Central Parking System at (513) 946-8100. For assistance with major automobile problems, please contact AAA at (513) 762-3222.
Audio - Audio recording devices of any kind are prohibited.
Bags, Backpacks and Purses - Guests are welcome to bring bags, backpacks and purses into Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" size requirement. Bags, backpacks and purses are subject to inspection by Reds personnel prior to entrance to the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark.
Ballpark Seats - Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. We request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended at Great American Ball Park.
Banners and Signs - For concerts and other events NO banners are permitted.
Bodysuits - Full bodysuits are not permitted inside of Great American Ball Park. Any covering over the face and head needs to be removed before entry is permitted. It may not be put back on once inside the ballpark.
Bottles and Cans - No bottles or cans or beverages may be brought into Great American Ball Park.
Cameras & Video Equipment - No video recording cameras or audio equipment is permitted in Great American Ball Park for concert or other performances. No professional cameras are permitted.
Carry-In Items - To ensure the safety of all Guests, perfomers and employees, carry-in items will be inspected prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Bags, backpacks, purses, etc. larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark.

Concealed Weapons Law - Great American Ball Park is a county facility and it is illegal to carry a firearm, deadly weapon, or dangerous ordinance in Great American Ball Park. Unless otherwise authorized by law, no person shall knowingly possess, have under the person's control, convey, or attempt to convey a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance into the ballpark. A permit to carry a concealed weapon issued by this or any other state does not authorize the holder to carry weapons inside the ballpark.
Off duty law enforcement officers are authorized, under law, to have a concealed weapon on premises. Off duty law enforcement officers who carry a concealed weapon to the ballpark are requested to notify a police supervisor upon entering the ballpark so their identification and seat location can be verified and noted.
Concessions - Sportservice operates the food and beverage stands throughout Great American Ball Park. For information on concessions and other services that Sportservice provides, please call (513) 765-7626.
Guests can find a wide assortment of food and beverages at Great American Ball Park.
Coolers - For concerts and other performances, NO coolers are permitted.
Credit Card Policy - All major credit cards are accepted at the Great American Ball Park ticket windows, merchandise locations and permanent concession stands.
Diaper Changing Stations - Baby changing tables are available in all public and family restrooms in Great American Ball Park.

Elevators/Escalators - For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, seven public elevators and three escalators are located throughout Great American Ball Park. There is an escalator inside Great American Ball Park located near Gapper's Alley. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the View Level. However, this escalator does not access the Suite or Club Level. There is another escalator located on the west side of Great American Ball Park near the Reds Hall of Fame. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the Club Level. Upon reaching the Club Level, Guests can use an adjacent escalator to reach the View Level.
Fan Zone - Located on the Terrace Level along the west side of Great American Ball Park, the Fan Zone, built on the former site of Riverfront Stadium, was the second and final phase of construction at Great American Ball Park. The Fan Zone features interactive games for kids, a playground, the Mega Concession Stand, Picnic Deck, Rose Garden, the Concert Stage, the Mike-sell's Picnic Tent and two additional entrance locations for Guests.
First Aid Stations (affiliated with TriHealth's Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital) - Guests will find the Great American Ball Park First Aid Stations in the following locations:
For the protection of our Guests, trained medical personnel are on duty for all events. Should you have any medical emergency or need medical assistance, please refer to the nearest directional signage for First Aid Station locations, or ask any member of the Great American Ball Park event staff.
Food - Food products of any kind may NOT be brought into Great American Ball Park.
Gates Open - Gates open 120 minutes prior to performance.
Guest Accommodation Stations - There are two Guest Accommodation Stations in Great American Ball Park. One is located on the Terrace Level near Section 119, and the other is on the View Level near Section 420. Guest-relations personnel will be on hand to assist Guests with any questions, comments or concerns.
Inspection Procedures - Guests entering Great American Ball Park may be subject to random inspection by electronic wanding or physical means. Carry-in items for all Guests are subject to inspection by Ballpark personnel prior to entrance into the ballpark or at any time while inside the ballpark. Carry-in items larger than 16" x 16" x 8" will not be permitted into the ballpark.
Laser Pointers - Laser pointers are prohibited in Great American Ball Park.
Lost Children/Missing Persons - Guests should report a missing person at any Guest Accommodation Station. Guest Relations staff will work closely with the CPD and Event Staff to locate the missing individual(s).
Lost and Found - Guests may inquire about lost and found articles at Fan Accommodation Stations during the game or by calling Guest Relations at (513) 765-7096. All articles are held for thirty (30) days from the date of the game. After that period, they are donated to a charitable group.
Noisemakers - Noisemakers such as cowbells, thundersticks, air horns, whistles, clappers and other such items that incur an audible nuisance upon Guests are not permitted in the ballpark.
Nursing Mothers - Accommodations for Nursing Mothers can be found in the First Aid Stations at Great American Ball Park. For locations see "First Aid Stations."
Parking - Central Parking System manages the parking and onsite traffic operations at Great American Ball Park. On-Site Parking - There are 3,500 spaces on-site and surrounding Great American Ball Park. Parking lots open 3 hours before performance time.

Bus Parking - The City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County and Metro, are happy to accommodate buses in the Riverfront Transit Center. The Transit Center is a parking tunnel located under Second Street and accessible from either end. It is the responsibility of the group leader to make arrangements for bus parking.
Due to the increased capacity in the Riverfront Transit Center advance bus parking reservations are no longer necessary. Directions to the Transit Center will be sent to the group leader. Please share these directions with your bus driver.
Public Address Paging - Because of the many requests, paging is not permitted except in cases that are deemed to be life-threatening emergencies by management. If you need paging, please see a Guest Relations Representative at any Guest Accommodation Station.
Public Phones and TDD - All public phones in Great American Ball Park are equipped with TDD services. Public phones can be found in the following locations:
Public Transportation - Queen City Metro can be reached at (513) 621-4455 for schedules and information regarding bus transportation throughout Hamilton County. ACCESS provides transportation throughout Hamilton County for the disabled. Please call (513) 632-7590 for more information.
Guests seeking bus service to and from Northern Kentucky can contact the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) at (859) 331-8265.
Radios - Portable radios are not permitted in Great American Ball Park.
Re-Entry Policy - Guests may not re-enter Great American Ball Park unless they have made arrangements with the Guest Relations Staff prior to leaving. Re-entry accommodations are up to the discretion of the Reds and strictly limited to emergencies only.
Restrooms (Public) - Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Great American Ball Park. All restrooms at Great American Ball Park have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to Guests with disabilities. Severe Weather StormReady Supporter - We believe the safety of our guests is of utmost importance. Severe weather can arise quickly and become a concern for our fans throughout the season. To better insure fan safety, we are proud to be recognized through the National Weather Service, as a StormReady Facility.
This designation means we have trained and prepared the proper shelters and evacuation plans and procedures which have been approved by the National Weather Service, Hamilton County, and Ohio Emergency Management Officials. In the event of severe weather, you can be assured that our staff will be monitoring the weather and will protect our guests, by taking the appropriate action when needed.
Smoking Policy - Ohio voters passed issue Number 5, on Nov. 7, 2006, which calls for a smoking ban in public facilities and places of employment under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 3794. Thus, Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside of Great American Ball Park and are not permitted to exit and re-enter for the purpose of smoking. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines. Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are also prohibited.
Strollers - Great American Ball Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers. However, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement, block any aisle, or be placed under your seats. If not in use, they can be stored in our Guest Accommodation Stations. Strollers are not available to rent. Strollers may be subject to search by game-day security staff.
Taxi Cabs - The following taxicab companies can be contacted to arrange for pickup or drop-off in the Greater Cincinnati area:
Taxicabs generally perform their pickups on Joe Nuxhall Way on the west side of Great American Ball Park at the conclusion of the game.
Umbrella Policy - Umbrellas are not permitted in the ballpark.
Weapons - Weapons of any kind to include but not limited to, guns and knives are not permitted to be carried into or on the premises of Great American Ball Park.
Wheelchairs - Guests in need of a wheelchair transport can make their request to the nearest Ballpark Staff Employee, either of the two Fan Accommodation Stations located at Sections 119 and 420 near Gapper's Alley or at any of the First Aid Stations located near Sections 109, 127 or 409.
