Ballpark Operations

Access Coordinator
Responsibilities:

  • Escorting guests to their seats in premium seating areas: Club, Scout and Diamond Club.
  • Validating and scanning tickets before granting access to premium areas: FSN Ohio Club 4192, Riverfront Club, Diamond Club, Scout and all Suite areas.
  • Scanning tickets at the special needs entrance area, operating a wheel chair lift, providing breaks and assisting with other tasks assigned by their supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Must be available to work at least 61 of the 81 home games
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Suite Ambassador
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee luxury suites: Founders Suite, World Series Suite, and Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite.
  • Entering each assigned suite and checking the suite for cleanliness, electronic or mechanical trouble.
  • Ensure all amenities and services meet suite holders' expectations.
  • Punching tickets and wrist-banding all suite ticket holders.
  • Responsibilities do not include food or beverage service.

  • Must be available to work at least 61 of the 81 home games.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Guest Relations Representative
Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions and addressing fan concerns at the Terrace or View Level Fan Accommodation areas.
  • Responsibilities include wheelchair escorts, lost and found, and assisting lost children.

  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Public Safety Event Staff
Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring each visitor to the Great American Ball Park has an enjoyable and safe visit.
  • Controlling and managing crowds, performing Guest Services functions (i.e. directing guests).
  • Enforcing all laws, ordinances, regulations, ensuring the safe and efficient evacuation of the facility in the event of an emergency, monitoring crowds and facility for any problems or hazards, providing security for all employees, guests and customers.
Requirements:
  • Must be available to work at least 61 of the 81 home games.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.

Responsibilities:

Elevator Operator
Responsibilities:

  • Transporting fans to their desired level at Great American Ball Park.
  • Responsible for directing fans to their appropriate level.

  • Must be available to work at least 61 of the 81 home games.
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years old with a valid work permit.

Runner
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for multiple pre-game, in-game, and post-game duties at great American Ball Park
  • Providing setup and placement of tables, chairs, stanchions, turnstiles, trash cans, and other items throughout the ballpark.
  • Assist with "On call" such as wheelchair runs, on-site deliveries, and other customer service related needs.
Requirements:
  • Must be available to work at least 61 of the 81 home games.
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years old with a valid work permit.

  • Locate areas in the ballpark, and offer seating options.
