Welcome parents and guardians of Reds Rookies baby club members! Do you have questions about your Reds Rookies membership? Read below for answers.

Reds Rookies Frequently Asked Questions
How can I order a membership?

You can purchase a membership online, right here at reds.com/rookies. Click “Order Reds Rookies Membership Kit,” choose the quantity of memberships desired then chose “Find Seats.” Please disregard any reference to tickets or seats; you are only purchasing the membership at this time. There is a $1 convenience fee and $8 shipping fee for each membership when you order online.

You can also purchase the memberships in person during any home game throughout the season or at the Great American Ballpark front office lobby from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

When I try to order a membership online, it looks like I am buying tickets. Is this correct?

This is correct. Although some of the language on the purchasing website references tickets and seat location, you are only purchasing the Reds Rookies membership at this time.

How long will it take for my online order to arrive?

It typically takes 4 weeks for online orders to arrive. They are shipped individually using standard US ground mail service.

What does it mean to activate the membership and how do I activate it?

Activating your membership gives you access to the full benefits of Reds Rookies. If you do not activate your membership, you will not be able to attend the ballpark experiences or use your ticket offer.

Is the ticket voucher for the child or for the parents?

The ticket voucher can be used by the parents. Children 3 years of age and under do not need a game ticket if they will not be occupying a stadium seat.

How do I redeem the ticket offer?

After activating your membership, follow the link in the confirmation email you receive or the link on reds.com/rookies. Use the six character code on the third page of your Reds Rookies voucher booklet and follow the step-by-step instructions on the fourth page of the voucher booklet to redeem your ticket offer. If you are redeeming multiple Reds Rookies ticket offer codes, you will need to go through the process for each code individually. You can purchase seats together by using the interactive seat map.

If I am having trouble redeeming multiple Reds Rookies ticket offer codes what should I do?

Please call 513-765-7400 for assistance with redeeming ticket offers using your code.

How do I RSVP for the ballpark experiences?

After activating your membership, follow the link in the confirmation email you received or the link on reds.com/rookies. Use the six character code on the third page of your Reds Rookies voucher booklet and choose the date(s) you would like to attend. Choose your date carefully. Once you make your selection, you will not be able to change it. If you are RSVP'ing for multiple members, you will need to go through the process using each code individually.

Does my member get to attend multiple ballpark experiences each season?

You and your member can attend only ONE of the baby parades and only ONE of the player/mascot photo sessions per season.

Do I have to pay for any of the ballpark experiences?

Adult participants in the baby parade are required to have a valid game ticket. You do not need a valid game ticket to attend the player/mascot photo session, but all adult participants are required to pay a $5 Reds Hall of Fame admission fee.

If I am taking my child to a ballpark experience and a sibling, friend, or relative who is not a member wants to attend, is that ok?

We do keep our Reds Rookies experiences exclusive to members only. The immediate family of the child will be able to participate in the parade and photo session, but we must limit it to that.

How do the pregame parades work?

On the day of a baby parade, Reds Rookies members and family/friends are encouraged to enter the ballpark early (gates will open for you before they open to the general public). In the Kroger Fan Zone we have music, sponsor booths, and contests for you to have some fun! About 1 hour prior to the start of the game, we will ask all parade participants to line up, in the Kroger Fan Zone and we will lead you onto the field. You will be able to walk around the warning track with your child as fans in the stands look on. After the parade, we will lead you back to the Kroger Fan Zone to head to your seats to enjoy the game.
