The Reds Community Fund Split the Pot is a fundraiser that will be conducted at the Reds Community Corner for all home games (81 dates) throughout the regular season. Volunteers are needed to help sell raffle tickets from the time gates open until the middle of the 7th inning. All volunteers receive a meal voucher as well as a ticket to a future Reds home game. Volunteers for this fundraiser must be 21 years and older. Join the team that helped raise more than $1 million for the Reds Community Fund and its baseball and softball-themed outreach programs in 2015.
More than 150 volunteer coaches and mentors are needed to help operate the Reds Rookie Success League, the primary outreach initiative of the Reds Community Fund. The program operates four days a week for two weeks during the months of June and July. All volunteers receive a T-shirt, hat, lunch and invitation to our year-end coaches banquet. Multiple opportunities exist throughout Reds Country at our various Reds Rookie Success League franchise locations in Cincinnati at the P&G Cincinnati MLB Urban Youth Academy, Butler County, Batavia (Clermont County), Louisville, KY and Dayton, OH. More than 200 volunteers are needed to host the Reds Community Fund's annual fundraising events such as the "Redlegs Run," Reds Community Fund "Celebrity Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament" and many more.
