Guest Ticket

Family and friends can purchase a guest ticket for $15 each that includes entrance into one of the four sessions but does not include field access.

The event will feature four separate sessions whereby fans can purchase a time slot to play catch in the outfield for 25 minutes. Space is limited for each session and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

FAQs
How long will I have on the field?
Each group will be on the field for 25 minutes. It will take approximately 5 minutes to get everyone on and off the field.
Where can I leave my personal items?
In order to maintain the safest environment for all participants, we strongly recommend that you leave valuables at home, in your car, or with a family member. All persons and carry-in items are subject to search. Additionally, no firearms or other weapons are permitted at the event, including on the property of Great American Ball Park.
Who can attend this event?
This event is perfect for families! Bring your father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, children, cousins, friends, siblings, significant other or anyone else that is interested in having a great time!
Are there any age restrictions?
Children two and under do not need a guest ticket to enter the stadium but they are not permitted on the field.
What if I have a group of 10 or more?
If you would like to register 10 or more, please contact singram@reds.com for further details.
Are there restrooms available?
Restrooms will be available on the main concourse level during the event.
Can I take pictures?
Bring your phone or camera! If you plan to post on any social media platforms, please use #FamilyCatch. Official photographers will be present on the field. Please be aware that any photographs and/or videos taken at the event can be used for Reds marketing purposes.
What happens if there is bad weather?
This event will occur Rain or Shine, there are no refunds. Family Catch will be modified in the event it cannot be held inside the stadium.
Can my family/friends watch?
Family and friends can purchase a guest ticket for $15 each that includes entrance into one of the four sessions but does not include field access. Please note: only those with field passes will be permitted on the warning track.
Guests must check-in at the event registration table at the main gates of the ballpark. Guest passes can be purchased the day of the event, pending availability.
What do I need to check-in?
There will be an event registration table set-up at the main gates of the ballpark near Crosley Terrace (corner of Joe Nuxhall Way). You must visit this table to collect your field pass credentials. A photo ID will be required prior to receiving your pass. A waiver must be completed & signed for each on-field participant.
When will I receive my baseball?
Baseballs will be provided to each participant upon entering the field.
What should I bring to the event?
You will need to furnish your own baseball glove.
What are the ground rules?
No sliding or diving while on the field. No cleats or high heels please.
Can I bring a stroller?
Strollers may be used on the concourse. Strollers will not be allowed on the field.
What about parking?
Please give yourself ample time to travel to Great American Ball Park, find parking, and get into the stadium. The Reds Community Fund encourages arriving early and carpooling. As a reminder, parking is not included in catch packages.
How do I receive my ticket included in the Premier Package?
Ticket codes for the Reds vs. Cubs game will be e-mailed to participants beginning in March 2017. Additional game tickets will be available at that time.
Who is the charity or beneficiary?
All proceeds benefit the Reds Community Fund. The RCF is the official nonprofit organization of the Cincinnati Reds. Since its inception in 2001, the Community Fund has been dedicated to improving the lives of youth through its baseball and softball-themed outreach efforts. Find out more at reds.com/community.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sorry, no exceptions. This means once we receive your registration, you are unable to receive a refund if you cannot participate. This No Refunds Policy applies even if the Event is cancelled for any reason. If this occurs, your registration fee will be considered a donation to the Reds Community Fund to be utilized for one of their many outreach initiatives.
