Please take a moment to read the following guidelines so that we can better accommodate your donation request.
The Reds are proud to be an integral part of our community. We are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year. We make every effort to accommodate as many as possible. Due to the many requests we receive, guidelines have been implemented to assist as many organizations as possible. Please take a moment to become familiar with our guidelines. We thank you for your continued support.
The Reds will consider requests from nonprofit organizations and their fundraising efforts within the Greater Cincinnati Community and the tri-state region (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky).
Our peak season of supporting charitable events is during the regular baseball season. If we are able to fulfill your donation request, our donation will be tickets to a Reds game. Fundraisers and events held during our off-season will receive a ticket voucher redeemable for tickets to games during the following season.
Autographed memorabilia is reserved for the fundraising efforts of the Reds Community Fund, the official nonprofit arm of the Reds. Stop by the Reds Community Corner, located near section 119 at the ballpark, to participate in exciting Silent Auctions, Raffles and other games. The booth is open every home game during the season.
Please mail a request on your organization's letterhead with a brief explanation of your fundraiser or special event, how our donation will be utilized, along with the date of event, a contact name, complete mailing address and a daytime telephone number to the following (incomplete requests will not be considered):
