The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is open to students of all ages. Interact with the best of baseball! Try pitching from a regulation mound that's 60 feet, 6 inches away from the plate, then check your speed to see where you fall among the great pitchers of our time.
Listen to inside tips from the players. Stand so close to a 90-mph fastball that you'll swear you're in the Major Leagues! Test out a Reds radio booth to see if you'd like to be an announcer like Marty and Joe! Then, finish with a special visit to see the World Series trophies from 1975, 1976 and 1990, plus the Hall of Fame plaques honoring all the Reds legendary players.
"Extra Innings" Education Programs presented by Duke Energy are strongly recommended for all students who visit the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. These programs are designed to augment your classroom curriculum, and are correlated to national, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana testing standards.
The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum offers educational programming for pre-kindergarten to 12th-grade students. Participating in one of our "Extra Innings" programs will enhance your visit to the Hall of Fame and illustrate how baseball plays a role in history, mathematics and science curriculums. Enjoy these fun-filled, lively and educational programs that are correlated to national, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana testing standards. Please note that a minimum of 15 students is required to participate in an education program. Reservations are accepted beginning September 1.
All students who participate in an "Extra Innings" education program are also eligible to participate in the Reds Readers program presented by College Advantage. To encourage student reading, a reading goal of five books per student has been established. Upon verification that the reading goal has been reached, each successful student reader will receive a certificate of completion, bookmark, and complimentary admission pass to the Reds Hall of Fame. In addition, a $100 College Advantage scholarship will be awarded each month to one Reds Reader participant that has achieved his or her reading goal. More information on this program will be available to teachers when group reservations are made.
Great American Ball Park tours are offered to school groups as part of their field trips. This guided tour includes Crosley Terrace, Scouts Alley, FOX Sports Ohio Champions Club, the broadcast booth, seating bowl, Reds dugout and the Reds Hall of Fame. All tours will begin at the Reds Hall of Fame unless otherwise noted in your confirmation packet. Great American Ball Park tours are available during the baseball season and on select days during the offseason.
Admission prices for each component of your field trip are as follows:
Please note that a Reds Hall of Fame admission may be purchased individually, but a Great American Ball Park tour automatically includes a Reds Hall of Fame admission. Cash, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Discover or checks are accepted.
