It's official. Today's game with the Chicago Cubs has been postponed due to rain. There will be an announcement regarding the rescheduling of today's game at a later date. Fans holding tickets for today's rainout game may present their same ticket at the gate for the rescheduled game with no exchange necessary.
You do not need to exchange your tickets today. Ticket exchanges are available at Great American Ball Park throughout the regular season in advance of game day only.
Please check your ticket for specific rain check instructions. Keep your ticket. It is your rain check and may be exchanged at face value for a 2015 Cincinnati Reds regular season home game (exclusions apply), subject to availability. Check reds.com/rainouts for ticket information and valid rain check dates.
If you ordered your tickets online at reds.com or over the phone through Ticketmaster you may contact Ticketmaster customer service at 1-800-745-3000 to exchange your tickets.
Please be aware that you will be required to pay the difference on an exchange if you are exchanging for a game or ticket of a higher price. If you are exchanging a ticket for lesser priced game or ticket no refund of the difference will be given.
Fans holding a ticket with no price printed or tickets with a $0.00 value may use their same tickets for the rescheduled game only with no exchange necessary.
Fans holding tickets purchased through StubHub may use their same tickets for the make-up game with no exchange necessary. Please contact StubHub for more information.
Fans holding tickets for the Diamond Club, Champions Club, or Handlebar should hold on to their April 25 tickets. Those tickets will be valid for the same location for the make-up game.
Questions regarding the Diamond or Champions Club tickets should call (513) 765-7210. Handlebar ticket questions should be directed to (513) 765-7600.

The right to postpone the playing of a game is controlled by the home club with the exception of the final series (that begins on or after June 1) between two clubs, at which time the responsibility shifts to the Umpire-in-Chief. Once a game has started, the Umpire-in-Chief determines if a game should be suspended, when it can be resumed or if it should be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game has been temporarily suspended, umpires must wait at least 30 minutes before calling the game. On days when inclement weather is in the forecast, tune to 700 WLW or check back with reds.com for updates on the game status.
