Great American Ball Park is the ultimate location for private events in the city. Whether it's a gathering for 50 or 750 people, our private areas offer spectacular views of the Ohio River and the ballpark. Take advantage of our unique surroundings to create the perfect impression for your guests.
Great American Ball Park presents several unique areas for hosting your next event gathering. Choose from the following options based on your group's needs:
Sportservice is the exclusive caterer of Great American Ball Park. Sportservice offers a number of standard menu packages for your convenience to assist in the planning of your special event. If you prefer, our award-winning chefs can even work with you to customize a menu plan specifically for you and your guests. Clients must meet a $2,500 food and beverage minimum for dinners or a $1,000 minimum for breakfast or lunch. Minimums are before sales tax and service charges. Please note that we do not permit food and beverages to be brought into the facility.
Rental fees for special events do not include parking. If you would like on-site parking for your event, arrangements can be made by speaking with your event services coordinator. Parking fees will be based on prevailing rates.
Located on the riverfront downtown, Great American Ball Park is at the corner of Second Street and Joe Nuxhall Way.

Most of our indoor facilities are equipped with individual sound systems, DVD players, and televisions. The A/V capabilities of other facilities vary. Your event services coordinator can assist you with any needs that you might have. We ask that you address all A/V needs prior to your event so that we may better serve your needs.
